Heart based Healing Courses

We focus on promoting proven positive mental health through evidence-based approaches. Central to our work is the 5 Steps to Wellbeing model, known as Take5, which we integrate thoughtfully into everything we do. We provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development, led by qualified and experienced Tutors who also bring valuable lived experience to their teaching. Additionally, our approach is enriched and guided by foundational yoga principles, which help foster balance and mindfulness throughout our workshops and retreats.
