Over this series of wonderful mixed media weekly workshops, you will enjoy creating some gorgeous Art and will leave with 2 - 3 personally created Affirmation Cards each week.

Why Affirmations Cards?

January can be a difficult month for some, hence then we are offering a positive uplifting, creative, immersive means to kicking off the year -  with Positive Affirmations.

Affirmations help to establish positive thinking habits that will improve your attitudes, decisions, feelings, and much more. Positive attitude towards yourself manifests itself in your subconscious thoughts and shapes the way you think and behave. If you repeat affirmations every day, they become your beliefs.

By setting your own personal Affirmations and making your own beautiful Affirmation Cards you will be making this process all the more meaningful and personal to you, whilst exploring your creativity and having a whole lot of fun.

What will you do during the workshop?

You will start by identifying areas in your life you would like to improve, then set personalised and specific affirmations that will target the things you want to work on.

This will be followed by guided planning and design time to help you to think through the visual aspects for your affirmation cards including imagery and colour choices.

This will lead you confidently into creatively exploring mixed media and making your own affirmation cards. You will work at your own pace with expert 1-1 support and advice available.

Recharge CraftWELL Workshops:

These workshops are facilitated by Gillian Duffin from ‘Little Things by G’

Explore your creative side and discover new techniques with this fun workshop experience.

No artistic experience is needed at all.

Recharge CraftWELL workshops are run in small groups (maximum of 12) to ensure that 1-1 tuition is available, and a safe space is facilitated for creating and exploring Art risk and judgement free.

Knowledge required:

• Beginner friendly - all levels are welcome.

• All equipment and materials needed.
